For a number of years and specifically for the past five years, Centennial has strategically positioned itself as a leader in promoting Canadian education abroad.  Within the Ontario system, Centennial has the largest percentage of international students (15% of the student population) and Centennial ranks first in the size and scope of international corporate training.
Centennial delivers Canadian education abroad in China, India, and Dubai in partnership with governments, educational institutions and industry, along with expanding our existing markets through joint ventures in Mexico, Panama, and Egypt.
Highlighted are just some of the program areas, experience and projects we have partnered.

• In partnership with educational institutions in China, Centennial delivers Pharmacy, International Business and English.  In partnership in India, Centennial delivers Digital Animation, Hospitality and Tourism, and International Business.
• Centennial College, in cooperation with the Dubai Education LLC, a UAE based company investing in the Educational sector and licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education established the Canadian University of Dubai.  Centennial is the strategic partner providing vocational training.
• Centennial College provides management, sales, auto technical and auto parts training to the employees of General Motors in 11 countries in the United Arab Emirates, Middle East, Northern Africa and the Philippines.  The head office for the program is in Dubai with training centers in the UAE, the Middle East and North Africa.  On a broader regional level, Centennial College is delivering specialized technical and retail management programs for such groups as the Oman Ruler’s Court, Bahrain and Jordan Public Security Forces and the Al Mansour Automotive group in Egypt.
• In partnership with Picasso Animation College in India, two programs are offered at the school – Art and Design Foundations (1 year Ontario College Diploma) and Digital Animation (2-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate).  These two programs are offered at four locations – New Delhi (2 locations), Hyderabad and will be expanded to Mumbai.  The core management team consists of Indian and Canadian educational professionals and the instructional team consists of 3-D animation specialists from Canada and art and design foundation specialists from India.  All staff is from a variety of media professions including animation, entertainment, and media and fine arts industries.
• In Mexico, Centennial College has entered a partnership of Academic Cooperation with the Technical University Post-Secondary Universities (2008) to develop a common space for Global Citizenship courses.
• In partnership with The University of Panama, Centennial is now launching programs in Hospitality, Spa Management, and ESL.

Centennial has developed business procedures and services that enhance international business development and ensures the Canadian experience of our international students is a positive one.  Our Signature Learning Experience (SLE) promotes global citizenship and is presently being developed as part of a trilateral certificate with the United States and Mexico post-secondary education systems. Centennial’s Signature Learning Experience (SLE) is like no other, it is designed to open students’ minds to the current issues that affect our globe, helping them learn how they can get involved, exert their influence and impart change.  When paired with academic programs of study, the SLE prepares our graduates to truly be global citizens.
